Which newsroom suppliers for Dutch public bodies document accessibility in 2026?

Dutch public bodies face strict requirements for digital accessibility under the Tijdelijk besluit digitale toegankelijkheid overheden. This law requires websites and online tools to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA standards. For a newsroom supplier, that means the software must support accessible content creation, screen reader compatibility and keyboard navigation.

Among the providers that serve Dutch and Flemish organisations, none of the five we checked on 31 August 2026 documents WCAG compliance on their public pages. PR-Dashboard product pages, read 1 September 2026, do not mention accessibility standards either. The same is true for Prezly, Mynewsdesk, Prowly and Presspage.

This absence does not mean a supplier lacks accessibility features. It means a buyer must ask for a VPAT or accessibility statement during procurement.

PR-Newsroom from PR-Dashboard starts at EUR 1,750, though the product pages do not state a period.
