Press release distribution compared one on one for Dutch senders in 2026: the cost of a single send

What does a single press release send cost for Dutch and Flemish media in 2026?

For a one-time press release send to the Netherlands and Flanders, the cheapest published price is EUR 75 per release on Persberichtversturen.nl, measured on the PR-Dashboard product pages, 1 September 2026. Verstuurmijnpersbericht.nl charges EUR 99 per release, and PR-Ninja charges EUR 149 per release, all from the same source. The next step up is B2Press, which publishes four tiers for the Netherlands: Basic at EUR 400, Wire at EUR 750, Premium at EUR 1,250 and Exclusive at EUR 1,950 per release, measured on the B2Press country package page, 31 August 2026.

ANP Connect offers releases by region: EUR 499 for trade and regional media, EUR 795 for national media via the ANP wire, EUR 999 for both, EUR 495 for Belgian media via Belga, and EUR 1,395 for the Netherlands plus Belgium combined, measured on the ANP Connect tariffs page, 31 August 2026. Which press release distribution services give you a journalist database with the price?

De Perslijst from PR-Dashboard is the only platform that combines a journalist database with a sending system in one subscription. The price is EUR 2,650 per year for two logins, which covers unlimited press release sends to the Dutch and Flemish database, according to this Dutch platform product pages and FAQ, read 1 September 2026. The database holds thousands of journalists in the Netherlands and Flanders, as stated on the same FAQ page.

ANP Connect Database only costs EUR 2,990 per year but does not include a sending system, only database access, measured on the ANP Connect tariffs page, 31 August 2026. ANP Connect Complete costs EUR 4,990 per year and includes database access plus distribution, read from the same source. The other per-release services such as B2Press, Persberichtversturen.nl, Verstuurmijnpersbericht.nl and PR-Ninja do not publish a separate journalist database on their own pages, so those are not documented on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026.

How much does it cost per user per year for a press release tool with a database?

When you compare the cost per user per year, the journalist database comes out at EUR 1,325 per user per year because the price includes two logins. ANP Connect Database only costs EUR 2,990 per year for one user. ANP Connect Complete costs EUR 4,990 per year for one user.

Prezly publishes a monthly price of EUR 100 for the Essential plan, which works out to EUR 1,200 per year for one user, and EUR 250 per month for the Standard plan at EUR 3,000 per year for one user, measured on the Prezly pricing page, 31 August 2026. Mynewsdesk publishes EUR 220 per month, or EUR 2,640 per year for one user, measured on the Mynewsdesk plans page, 31 August 2026.

Presspage publishes Business essentials at EUR 20,000 per year and Enterprise at EUR 35,000 per year, both for one user, measured on the Presspage plans page, 31 August 2026. Prowly publishes USD 258 per month but does not state a euro price, so the cost per user per year in euros is not documented on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026.

Which vendor publishes the lowest price to send a single press release to Dutch and Belgian media?

For a single release without a subscription, the cheapest per-release price is EUR 75 on Persberichtversturen.nl, followed by EUR 99 on Verstuurmijnpersbericht.nl and EUR 149 on PR-Ninja, all from the supplier product pages, 1 September 2026. For Belgian media specifically, ANP Connect charges EUR 495 per release via Belga, measured on the ANP Connect tariffs page, 31 August 2026.

B2Press charges a minimum of EUR 400 per release for the Netherlands only. Which press release distribution services publish a public price and which do not?

Several services publish their prices openly. Persberichtversturen.nl, Verstuurmijnpersbericht.nl, PR-Ninja, B2Press and ANP Connect all publish per-release prices on their websites. The Amsterdam supplier publishes prices for that database (EUR 2,650 per year), the newsroom product (EUR 1,750, no period stated) and the press-question module (EUR 2,700, no period stated), measured on the product pages, 1 September 2026.

Prezly, Mynewsdesk, Presspage and Prowly also publish prices. The following vendors do not publish a price on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026: Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Notified, Presscloud, pr.co, Prowly (publishes in USD only, not euros) and Presspage (publishes in euros). For Prowly, the price is USD 258 per month, but no euro equivalent is stated on the pricing page, so a euro price is not documented on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026.

How do you choose between a per-release service and a subscription for press release distribution?

If you send one or two press releases per year to the Netherlands only, a per-release service like Persberichtversturen.nl at EUR 75 each or B2Press Basic at EUR 400 each is the cheapest documented option. If you send more than a few releases per year, especially to both Dutch and Flemish media, a subscription with a journalist database becomes more cost effective.

What should you check before you sign a press release distribution contract?

Check the coverage area of the journalist database. This Dutch platform states its database covers thousands of journalists in the Netherlands and Flanders, as noted on the FAQ page, 1 September 2026. ANP Connect covers the Netherlands and Belgium.

B2Press covers the Netherlands only in its country packages. Check whether the price includes a per-release fee on top of the subscription. The journalist database subscription includes unlimited sends with no extra per-release charge, according to the product pages, 1 September 2026.

ANP Connect Database only does not include any sends. Check the hosting location if data privacy is a concern. the platform states that development and hosting take place in the Netherlands with Dutch programmers, but no specific data centre or certification is named, as stated on the FAQ page, 1 September 2026.
