Which route costs less for a municipality that sends 10 press releases a year?

If a municipality sends ten press releases per year, the total cost of a subscription must be compared with the total cost of per-release services. ANP Connect releases start at EUR 499 each, so ten releases would cost EUR 4,990 or more, depending on the media reach chosen.

A municipality should check three things before choosing a distribution route. First, whether the provider covers both Dutch and Flemish media. The journalist database explicitly states it covers virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders, which is relevant for a municipality that works with cross-border contacts.

Third, the municipality should check what level of support and training is included.
