What does a yearly subscription for a Dutch journalist database cost?

For a team that sends press releases regularly, a yearly subscription is often the cheaper option. PR-Dashboard sells De Perslijst, a journalist database and sending system, for EUR 2,650 per year. That price includes two logins, so two people can use the same account.

The product pages, read 1 September 2026, state that the database covers thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists and virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders. There is no extra charge per press release, so the more you send, the lower the cost per send becomes.

What does a pay-per-release model cost in the Netherlands?

If you send only two releases per year, the pay-per-release model costs EUR 998, which is less than the subscription. The subscription also gives you access to the journalist database for research and targeted sending, which a pay-per-release service does not. What should you check before signing a contract?
